Souper February

What is it?

Join me during Souper February to try something new. Souper February is one of the Live Yourself Better Habit Changer Challenges 2024. It's not a diet, nor a fad nor is it a quick fix, simply the opportunity to try making soups, increase your vitamin, mineral, fibre, protein intake, boost your 5-a-day, and improve energy levels in February. You will support from me including free recipes, email support and helpful videos.

What do I need? 

Ideally you need a blender, a bullet, or an electric hand held blender

To increase vegetable intake during the month of February and beyond, because once you are in the habit of making soup, you can keep going.

The 5 A Day campaign is based on advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), which recommends eating a minimum of 400g of fruit and vegetables a day to lower the risk of serious health problems, such as heart diseasestroke and some types of cancer.



You will receive a weekly email update with a list of ingredients to buy for the following week, plus soup recipes.
