1:1 Personal training sessions offer a variety of exercises to meet your individual needs and preferences. 


I work with all ages and abilities, and I have additional specialist qualifications in training perimenopausal, menopausal, pregnant & postnatal women, and training older adults.


Personal training sessions take place indoors, at your home, at your place of work, or outdoors. I can accompany you on a walk or run - some clients choose this as the cardio element of the session.

Whatever your preference, you will reap the benefit of having a personal trainer in your chosen environment. No need for a gym membership, and, most importantly, no excuses not to exercise, because I will come to you, at your home, office, or outdoor space, as per your preference. 


Both indoor and outdoor sessions can involve a variety of equipment. I can bring the gym to you, creating a challenging, fun, sustainable workout routine. Equipment includes:

Skipping ropes

Running ladders


Dumbbells, various weights 

Weighted vest

Wrist and ankle weights 

Push up handles

Resistance bands

Barbells, various weights

Weights bench 

Bosu- style balance ball

Yoga balls

Kettlebell weights, various 

Slam balls 

Powerbags, various weights

Block booking discounts available. Small group PT sessions available, prices dependent upon group size & location.

Concessions available for students, unemployed people, people on reduced income and OAPs (proof required for all concessions).

Hello, I'm Tonia. I would love to work with you to help you to reach your lifestyle, health, wellbeing and fitness goals.

I created the Live Yourself Better approach as a result of significant life challenges.


I'm a CIMSPA-certified personal trainer with a Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training (Practitioner).


My qualification includes CIMSPA-certified Nutrition to Support Physical Activity, Applied Anatomy and Physiology and Bespoke Exercise Programme Design, Customised Exercise Programme Instruction and Communication Techniques.


I have undertaken additional CIMSPA-accredited CPD in training perimenopausal and menopausal women, pregnant and postnatal women and training older adults.

I am also a certified mindfulness coach, and I being this into my practice, to create a holistic approach to lifestyle fitness and to help you reach your goals.

I am a CIMSPA member (C005483) have Enhanced DBS clearance for working with young people and I am insured by Insure4Sport (Policy Number I4S675188).
