Primal March

What is it?

Join me during Primal March to try something new. Primal March is one of the Live Yourself Better Habit Changer Challenges 2024. It's not a diet, nor a fad nor is it a quick fix. Primal March is simply the opportunity to learn about the primal movements, to practice primal movements and some progressions each week, and to boost your fitness and functional movement throughout the month of March and beyond. You will receive support from me by email each week, including free exercises, helpful information, videos.

Just your body, the willingness to learn, and your enthusiasm.
