Hello! My name is Tonia. I'm 46, a mum-of-five, Personal Trainer, Boxercise Instructor & Health Coach. I have an MA in Creative Writing and I am passionate about Creative Public Health. I'm here to help you if you're looking for a public speaker, media guest, workshop facilitator or workforce educator. I have worked with CIMSPA, Age Connects, NHS England, The Women's Institute, BBC Radio WM, Lichfield Radio plus multiple local groups.
I am certified in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, pregnancy, postnatal, life trauma chronic & health conditions from an exercise perspective and working with older adults. I am an experienced public speaker, able to deliver on a wide range of topics and regularly appear on BBC Radio WM. I have also guested on Lichfield Radio and Ginger and Nuts. I have an MA in Creative Writing and a passion for the creative arts. The connection between creativity and health is being more widely acknowledge, understood and accepted.
It began for me as a way to make sense of the world and became a way to support mental wellbeing.

I have experience working as a copywriter, ghostwriter, creative writer and blogger - in addition to facilitating women's writing groups. I have written several short stories and I recently contributed to a BBC article.
