My name is Tonia.

I'm a personal trainer and busy mum-of-5.

I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, and I'm here to help you achieve your health goals.

I have been on my own health journey, and it hasn't been without its hurdles. You can read more about my story here.

I fully understand the challenges that we face in our day-to-day lives, and how modern living can really play havoc with our fitness plans and goals.

I work with a variety of clients and I can help you to overcome obstacles and hurdles in your life to become the best version of you.

I have a special interest in women's health, perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause and age positivity.

Over the years, I have worked in a variety of sectors (medical nutrition, education, family support) and I have aquired many transferable skills to assist you in taking a holistic approach to your health.

My aim is to provide advice and guidance on a range of topics that will be helpful to you.

The Live Yourself Better philosophy is based on having accurate, up-to-date information to empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes to your lifestyle.

I am a great believer in investment in health. Whilst we might focus on saving for the future, and working as hard as we can, our 'health pension' is an often overlooked element of life.

Let's face it, we are all so busy working toward our life goals that our own health can easily be lost in the process.

I will help you to take control of your life and in turn your wellbeing. I will guide you through manageable changes to your routine that will pay health dividends for you, both now and in the future.
