The idea is to create a healthier, happier, fitter you. The challenges give you the opportunity to take care of YOU.
No fads, diets or quick fixes. Just helpful ways to build good nutrition and movement into your daily routine.
The theory is that through making small changes to our lifestyle, we develop habits that serve our health.
The problem with diets is that they don't necessarily help people to develop lasting habits. It is well known that where we focus on weight loss, the outcome of years of dieting is often weight gain.
Creating restrictions can lead to unhealthy obsessions and poor self-image. The rollercoaster of trying different diets over the years can also lead to polarized thinking and unrealistic expectations about what you can do to improve your health.
The Live Yourself Better Habit Changer Challenges are about taking care of yourself, nourishing your body, and improving your current and future health prospects. It's a move away from all-or-nothing approaches to health and fitness, instead encouraging small, enjoyable steps to sustainable change.
You will receive support by email, access to videos, and for the nutrition challenges, ingredients lists and recipes. And it’s all free, so no excuses! You can jump in at any time during 2024, mid month or otherwise.
